Clubhouse Dinner

Roe deer steak and minced beef rolls.
O.M.G just beautiful.
Last Friday every second month in the winter half year we make our own club dinner evening, taking turns in the kitchen. The cooks themselves decide what we will eat and this time we had a roe deer steak, a small European deer, which our hangaround Piggen shot. Also beautiful beef meat rolls à la Morten and all the trimmings. Beer and wine. Good times!
